I’ve sent emails to Biden, Cantwell, and Murray explaining how important it is to help Afghanistan people get out of their failed nation state: save our allies, women, and girls.
I’ll write (and read) some more tomorrow. The Taliban has learned the rhetoric of the “compassionate conservatives” but they are not so changed. They are religious zealots, through and through. We must do everything to help the people we have both helped and endangered.
Please take 30 minutes out of your day and write to our elected officials to encourage the rescue of whoever needs to leave this failed state.
